Take the hassle out of your planning application and let us do it for you. Our experienced team will not only deal with your application but liaise with the local authorities on your behalf.
SkyeHomes Site Survey and Site Plan Service
Surveying your plot of land and producing your site plan ready for submission to your local planning office. A great chance for us to come and visit your site and discuss any changes to your chosen design to suit your local vernacular.
Planning and Building Warrant Drawings
As part of our timber frame package, we supply all planning and building warrant drawings as well as your energy certificate and engineering for the timber frame at no extra cost.
Amendments to your chosen design
All our designs can be tailored to suit your own living requirements and location. Our design team know how important it is to make your home your own.
Delivery throughout the UK and Ireland
Whether you are building in Shetland or the South Coast, we can deliver.
SkyeHomes Kit Erection Service
Who better to trust to erect your timber frame kit. Our nationwide kit erection service gives you peace of mind and one point of contact. This service also has the added benefit of buying the kit and the kit erection service VAT free!
SkyeHomes Full Build Service
If you are lucky enough to be building your dream home on the beautiful Isle of Skye then look no further. Our competitive rates mean your new home is in safe hands. You also don’t need to pay the VAT up front. Please ask for a budget quote.
