...traditional homes designed for modern living
The Old Dairy, Corntown, Conon Bridge |

Name - John & Kenneth McKenzie Design - "The Orbost" and "The Skeabost" Location - Corntown, Conon Bridge John & Kenneth McKenzie are two brothers who have decided to develop former steading buildings near Conon Bridge. They pulled down the old buildings and have replaced them with three SkyeHomes houses. An Orbost and two Skeabosts. All three houses are for sale. They are roughly 10 miles north of Inverness so are in perfect commuting distance of the city and also of other towns such as Dingwall. They are well placed not far from the A9 which means that they have easy access to Edinburgh and Glasgow. But if your preference is for the Highlands, then you can access most of the west coast of Scotland within a couple of hours. If you'd like to know more, please contact either John on 07811 348975 or Kenneth on 07973 746798. |

Now here's something that we haven't managed to get before. An aerial view. Both John & Kenneth are pilots so were able to get this rather attractive photo of their development from the air. The Orbost stands alone to the left of the picture and the two Skeabosts back onto each other. |
This is the front of one of the Skeabosts. Although the houses back onto each other, they are completely independant of one another. The effect is to create a steading which was an important consideration for the local planning authority who wanted the development to reflect on the old steading buildings which were previously on the site. |

This is the Orbost design. As you can see from the aerial photo, this house stands alone. |
This photo is from behind the site and shows the unbroken views out towards Ben Wyvis, the local "Munro". |
