The site has been cleared and foundation tracks dug ready for the concrete footings to be poured.  But forget that - wow, what a site!

A warm sunny day is perfect for pouring the foundations.  A slightly overcast day is also good - just as well.

Ground floor panels erected, first floor joisting is completed and now the first floor panels are erected too.

The hill at the back of the house makes an ideal vantage spot for tracking progress on this project and enjoying the view.

Externally, the house is nearing completion.

The first tin of white paint has now been opened. 

The rear or entrance elevation of the newly completed Kinloch.

The front elevation which looks out over the incredible views. 

The lounge has plenty of windows, which allows you to admire the amazing outlook.

The open plan kitchen/diner is large and bright (even on a dark December day).

No island kitchen would be complete without a range cooker, and they have chosen this beautiful cream one which finishes it off perfectly.

The ritch tiled floor in the bathroom compliments the new white suite perfectly.
