The following list of items should be costed for each project, this is not an exhaustive list. 

• Planning Application Fee
• Percolation Inspection by local authority
• Location and site plan by local architect/technician
• Building Warrant Application fee
• Water supply including building water and connection charge
• BT connection charge
• Electrical supply
• Trenchwork for above by main contractor
• Road access to site
• Tarring belmouth to township road.
• Septic tank and soak pits

Approximate total for all of the above would be £10,000 to £15,000
