Our Kinloch Design located just outside Portree on the Isle of Skye. Our clients operate a beautiful bed and breakfast from here with bright airy rooms and good size ensuite bathrooms. The extension has been used as a granny annexe instead of an integrated garage which offers privacy with it's own staircase to a good size first floor bedroom.

Another fantastic exmaple of our Kinloch design. Our clients here opted to have three bedrooms upstairs to give themsleves the luxury of a large family bathroom  as well as their own very spacious ensuite master bedroom. Our clients upgrade to have oak finishings throughout, I think you'll agree, they look beautiful.
